Some of our projects The Foundation supports a wide range of environmental initiatives, with a primary funding focus on revitalizing, animating and stewarding public green spaces. TD Tree Days TD ’s flagship annual volunteer program invites TD colleagues and community members to plant trees and shrubs in communities across Canada each fall. How TD Tree Days is helping bring new life to Langley, B.C. Over the past decade, dozens of shovel-wielding residents from the Langley, B.C. area have gathered for a few hours in publicly accessible green spaces. Our commitment in action Since 1990, TD has supported more than 29,000 grassroots environmental projects across Canada with over $112,000,000 in funding. 61 schools received funding in 2023 to help them safely implement naturalized areas, learning gardens and outdoor classrooms. In 2023, 542 local projects were supported, connecting community members to parks, green spaces, wildlife and environmental education. TD provided more than $1 million in additional funding in 2023 to support TD grants and programs like TD Tree Days. 2023 Year in Review Thank you for your continued support.
